Use of Google Platform to create an Interactive Operating Manual for Teachers and Administrators of Schools for Children.

MICAS (May Institute Clinical Administration Software) was a database solution for the Administration and management of all the Educational and Clinical strategies of the entire company. This software can manage Incident Report Systems, help develop IEPs and STOs, Curriculum design, Online training, and solutions for ABA graphs. The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) used for this development was a waterfall model combined with agile. I developed an interactive model using Google Platform to create the Schools for Children Operating Manual, which manages the school's administration.

Most software solutions I have developed work on portable devices such as tablets, cell phones, and other mobile devices. I have created several solutions using portable databases for tracking data for teachers during their lesson plans. During my time at Schools for Children, I have enforced the use of FileMaker on tablets and smartphones. This development used a mix of Software Development Life Cycle methodology (SDLC) combining Spiral and Agile models.

PTL is a system that has a web and a client component to organize the workflow of an online therapy model for students at the University of Mexico.

This system provides the structure to train students on how to provide psychological intervention for depression, anxiety among other disorders.

Teachers uses this system to provide feedback and training while students were doing their professional practices.

This system integrates phone calls with a database to collect all interventions.

This system was design uding a waterfall model initially and its modules use agile methodology.

SIPEICE is a software I designed that runs on a client version and VPN solution. I created it to manage all the Clinical and Behavioral Interventions needed for the Neuro-Behavioral rehabilitation of kids with brain injuries. The system contains clients' files, including Intakes, Interviews, Clinical History, Neuro, Psychiatry, and Psychological Evaluations, helping develop treatment and graphs for follow-up. I designed the Incident Report System using Google Strategies to create a web form to report emergency procedures in the classroom. This system was develped using a waterfall model initially, once the frame was finished we used an agile model.

Example of a script within a GUI to manage surplus procedures.

I have designed scripts within a GUI so IT staff can follow procedures guided with instructions and checkboxes.

These scripts can create logs or print results of the application to be able to follow procedure.

These scripts are in repositories that can be reached on-site or remotely.

We can build self-service containers using these initiatives so users can benefit from them. MDM solutions can push these snippet systems to the devices.
