We have deployed different strategies to do training face to face. Among them, we have deployed Ring Central, Webex, GoToAssist, TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. All these strategies have required training and deployment of specific hardware so we can train the trainers on how to use it and troubleshoot it. ⮝
