Example of a web repository built to deploy training to different companies.

I have experience creating tutorials, online training, supervision, and remote support. I have used all these in all the organizations I have supervised. I have developed several repertoires on web-based environments or the cloud using specific tools and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to help train personnel.

Example of a Google Site with all the information needed for onboarding.

I have created other repositories holding different types of multimedia support materials that help the training of staff members or IT specialists on different devices or systems.

These repositories are accessible on-premises or using cloud systems like Google or Microsoft 365.

We have to deploy screen steps and facilitate the training for different staff members for the implementation of this strategy.

I have been able to implement complete systems to support staff members and IT services to create knowledge base repositories that are available online.

These systems have a managed piece where we need to set up security, reviewers, publishers, and content creators.

These systems require management and single sign-on requirements for the implementation.

Remote support systems to bring 1, 2, 3 tier support to users or to model solutions to them.

We have deployed different strategies to do training face to face.

Among them, we have deployed Ring Central, Webex, GoToAssist, TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

All these strategies have required training and deployment of specific hardware so we can train the trainers on how to use it and troubleshoot it.
