Integration of the Microsoft Planner and Outlook Tasks ⮝

Scripting strategy to build projects on the file server and report in real-time using Screen Steps ⮝

After assessing different resources for the Disabled Persons Protection Commission to create a project management integration, I took the Microsoft planner and the Outlook tasks and integrated these solutions to document projects.

To automate the status of the projects, we use scripting on the file server to create repositories for files needed to store the files produce for the processes and use our knowledge base system, Screen Steps to drop the current status of all the tasks.

With this procedure, leadership was able to have a real-time status of the IT projects and reports on demand detailing work performance.

Since the early stages of my career, I have been in charge of different programs, from national research projects to programs starting from ground 0.

To manage these programs, I have used various tools such as MS Project from Microsoft, Basecamp, Workzone, and Clickup, among others.

With this experience, I have developed tools to create my project management strategy. SIPEICEnet and the Operating Manual are examples of such techniques.

During several deployments, overall technical staff members built new solutions or managed services with professional staff like Teachers, Managers, Administrators, Health Administrators, Psychians, Psychiatrist, Neurologist, and BCBA staff members.

My career I have developed experience managing IT Staff for the deployment and maintenance of services.
